Horticultural suggestions for the week

I have just sowed red florence onion seeds in two trays which have been placed in an electric propagator. Once they reach a reasonable size (almost pass the curled stage) I will turn the propagator off as onion seed are quite hardy. In January I will consider sowing lettuce seed for growing inside.
